Max Mezzowave is a musical pioneer who, alongside contemporaries from Mute Records and Renegade Soundwave, helped shape the sound of a whole host of genres. Paul Holland has played with a diverse array of UK acts, including X-Ray Spex and Chungking, recording live sessions for John Peel and Andy Kershaw on BBC Radio. Tracy Jane Sullivan has played with a range of established talents including Dub legend Mad Professor, Herbie Flowers, Ted Barnes, Geoffrey Richardson and Danny Cummings. Joe Ellis has supported bands such as Stiff Little Fingers and Cast, and he has gone on to play with a variety of acts across multiple genres.
SEPIA SHADOWS
Another Max… Max Gibson, together with Bethan Lees as duo Sepia Shadows provide support with an eclectic mix of blues, jazz and R&B classics. Max and Beth started this project out of love of some of the main inspirations for their own original music.
